Abandoned school with gun
Friday, 4 December 2015
Previously, in my adventures I had stumbled upon an open door in an abandoned school. As we walk down the long dark hallways, we came across a science lab. There was a marker board with markers left behind and drawings on the board, so we included some drawings. Immaturely left my Instagram handle as well, because that tends to be something people do in abandoned places. Dumb. My Instagram handle is my name. Left, didn't think anything of it. We came across the auditorium and went in, but as we did a gun was discovered on the floor. We kept on though, until we made it to the top floor. Then we could have sworn it sounded like we were not alone. We sprinted out of there as fast as we could. I went to Jackson to see my family, so I ended up telling my brother what had happened. I had left my name on a marker board in a place I was probably not supposed to be in, that may be the scene of a crime. As I left from work in Jackson Friday morning, somehow I had convinced my brother to come back up to Columbus with me. The plan was to hope the door was still open, sneak in, and erase my name and get out of there.
We arrived in Columbus late Friday night. Unsure of what to do, we went down to the Lock n' dam and walked down the Riverwalk.

We woke up early Saturday morning, getting ready to complete a quick mission on the other side of town. For anyone that knows my brother, you know how calm and chill he is. Me on the other hand, I strive to be like him, but I am freaking out over here. Instead of just getting in and getting out, we take our time looking around.
Now we had made it to the hallway I had been in with Dijah, when we thought we weren't alone in the school. It was an eerie feeling that comes upon you, you hear sounds, maybe the wind blowing. We hid in this classroom closet. Waiting to see what happened. In the meantime, we went through boxes in the closet. Found these old Apple floppy discs and microscope slides. After 30 minutes, we realize that there is probably no one else in the school. We dip out and head down a dark hallway. This section of the school did not have as much natural light. I didn't like it man. We never saw anyone else in the school.
We left the school with an entire day ahead of us. I brought D to some spots around town that I liked to go to. We climbed under the bridge at the trestles, drank tea, watched some barges pass by on the river beneath us.
