Bodie Ghost Town, California

August 10, 2015

This year, we didn't accidentally miss the road to Bodie. As we pulled in, I realized that this place had become more of a tourist attraction than I had previously thought. Nothing wrong with tourist attractions, they just aren't as cool as it would have been if it was less crowded. Know what I mean? None the less, it was really neat. At one point, I even found some outhouses that were available for the public to use, my favorite..
Hiking up the mountain, I started walking one path and Corley said 'You should probably walk over here so you don't slip and slide." You know what happened, I slipped. And I slide. Down the mountain. I got it on the Go Pro and no I'm not posting it. It was seriously the funniest thing ever though. What's a couple scratches to add the the collection?
